hfc for an 06 coupe shipped to 78108. Taxed since in Tx? Will these cause an error code?

I just did some research but I was hoping I could here from the vendor
I would want 05 mt coupe TP or resonated TP. Pref Res Tp

Berk does not do Resonated test pipes

I can get you the Kinetix instead.

03-07 VQ35DE Berk Technology Metallic Cat Pipes - Do these still restrict airflow in turbos? If they are street legal?
