the non-fouler's go directly into the test pipe? easy install? or does it involve some work?

The Non Foulers are actually now built into the Test Pipes So it is more plug and play now so you can just swap over the O2 Sensor and your set.

Install is easy if you have the correct tools and an extra hand is always nice.
