There will be power gains, due to better exhaust flow and lighter exhaust but there are no dyno graphs to show specifics.

i have this exhuast on my 2005 coupe and it sounds nice but its somewhat stockish but louder when mashing and not mashing it has some drone to it if your windows are up and the radio is off.. i got the single layer tips which look nice but kinda disappear is your looking at it from like 20 feet from the back and need some dremeling of the rivets to stick them in far enough so the tips didn't stick insanely far out they are really close to the bumper tho if anyone knows how to maybe fix that? but all in all a good exhuast for the price.. i am wondering how much for just the Ti rolled tips if you can get them i feel like they might look better then the single layer now?
