Do Not order from ModBargains
When I placed my order (Berk Test Pipes, 05' G35) with ModBargains at the beginning of December, I was told they were on back order but I would have them near the middle of January. I was cool with that because they gave me a $10 discount as an incentive to purchase a backordered product when other stores had them in stock.
I didn't mind waiting supposedly 1 month for the product because I needed time to do other things to my vehicle before I installed those so I placed the order.
Well, Im still waiting for my Berk test pipes. I called mid-January and they told me that unfortunately it will be mid-February before they have them shipped out. I was a little upset but I said hey I have waited this long so whats another 25 days.
Now we are into mid February, and I just got off the phone with a representative at ModBargains and guess what... now its going to be until Mid March before they have them.
What the heck!
This is complete BS and I feel like I am getting screwed. I asked if I could just cancel my order and get my refund, so that I can go purchase them from a store that has them in stock right now.
I was told that due to the fact they were on backorder a month, they had to fill out a special order form, and that with a special order form, they keep %50 of your refund!
All in all ModBargains has given me the run around, and I will not be recommending them or using them ever again, unless this situation is dealt with.
Ill give you some advice, go somewhere else to get your parts unless you don't mind waiting 3-4 months on something you were supposed to have in 30 days.
