hmm.. im interested and live in etobicoke. on a scale of 1-10 where 10 is mint what would you give this? can you buff the scratches out?
I'd give the bumper a 6 out of 10.
Scratches can be buffed but a few spider cracks and one ding that would need repair if you want it mint.
On the car it is not that noticeable. Most issues are at bottom of bumper.
