front driver side wheel well plastic, and no the door sill its right after it, it snaps in and holds the weather stripping down

 

how much for the connector wire thing that looks "rectangle" and connects to your sidemarkers bulb. Mine snapped during winter.. not sure If you know what I am talking about...
