It's not part of the hvac controls... Most people have the nav above it

Unless you are talking about the clock or climate control display, then it is a part of the faceplate which covers the HVAC and stereo. I am not splitting it up.

I have the trunk, don't recall if it has a wing. It's dark blue. Shoot me a PM and I will check for you tomorrow.
