Side skirts are not the Sport version... sport sides only came on the 2006-2007 models

Incorrect - they are sport sides - just not from the 2006 facelift. The 2006 "sport" received the new sides as well as a few other trim updates (rear spoiler, new sides, front sport bumper, tail lights, etc.)

That's why I was saying "05"... because they came off my 05 REV 6MT Sport. As far as I know the "05-Sport" has the integrated front guards, front lip, etc... the non-sports did not have these extra pieces.

Just because they are not from 06-07 doesn't mean the car was not a G35 Sport - which it was.
