Your best bet is eBay. Bought one from a vendor here and it was shipped folded in half. Even eBay sellers advertise they ship in full sized boxes. I think they go for $80 - 100 on there.... can't beat that.

Sold mine here for like $60 or 70 shipped.

 

Mine didn't fit right either... so looks like you're up a creek either route. I'm sure they all get the replica from the same manufacturer.
