Here's the lid he sent me for everyone else - packed to perfection (I don't show the very large box it came in btw - but this was in that) and made it here pretty damn fast via Greyhound (they have a pretty **** shipping option for stuff like this if you weren't aware).

I would HIGHLY recommend dEnbOy.GFM if anyone else is thinking of grabbing a few of his things - he's on point in my book.
