I did look into it tho, and basically the only way is gluing it. Gotta take the bumper off, put some glue everywhere, clamp it tightly together and wait for it to dry. I would glue a couple Popsicle stick-shaped metal pieces across/over the crack (perpendicular to the crack) for extended support. The paint will still be cracked tho, so it would still bug me.

So basically I would have to fix it, paint it and buy a lip to get it looking how I wanted. The new bumper was a much cheaper option.

They are rare, yes. I've only seen them a few times. Even rarer are the chrome 19" rays. I just saw those for the first time a few weeks ago. Didn't even know they made those.
