No I don't but I was able to easily install them without any guide. They real only fit one way and I believe are labeled left and right.

Yes these are the oem air diffusers. They were part of the aero package which also came with the rear spoiler.

As rsinger stated, it came with the aero package and with these diffusers coupled with the spoiler it gives you 0 lift aerodynamics in the rear. All Gs have 0 lift in front, but the aero package makes for 0 lift out back too.

They mount in front and behind the rear wheels. You will see empty studs where they mount unless you already have them.
