I got my grill in. Packaged very well.

I have a question.

First, how come the grill doesn't have the tabs that the OEM grill does at the bottom? If it did, we could slide it in at the bottom and secure it. Instead it only has the top holes for the clips. Even with the hood pushed down on the grill, there is still play at the bottom of the grill where there's nothing securing it.. i feel like that's something that could easily be fixed.

 

^^ Well the grill is a Gialla replica, and that's the exact way that the original grill came. If you are worried about any play then i would suggest some double sided tape, that is also an easy fix IMHO.

Does anyone know why i just ordered the same grille from a different company, the 350gt replica, and it doesnt even fit, the top flaps that the insert hole are to be drilled doesnt lay flat, any ideas? thanks!
