im trying to change the front bumper or lip on a 03 sedan but everything seems too expensive is there anything i can do to get rid of the nasty grey plastic that is all the way around the bottom of the car
please help me cuz im trying to start up my car. p.s i live in anaheim ca

 

the cheapest would be to paint the nasty grey **** on the bottom. its been done before

 

yea i know and i was gonna do that but i know someone whos worked at an earl scheibs for quite a while and he said that since that grey is pourous it was just a matter of time till the paint came off he gave me a year tops thats why im looking for alternatives

i remember when i first looked at getting one of these bumpers it was 560ish shipped!!!!! then it shot up to 700 shipped, and they ran a free shipping so i snatched one up for ~6. it got painted was on my car 4 days and i hit a truck tire. its been sitting in my garage ever since
