Does the diffuser install over the stock one or do you have to remove it first? Also, do you need to drill the bumper for the bolts behind the license plate? Looks too short to fit stock holes. Thanks.
Yes, the diffuser installs under the bumper over the exhaust, there is nothing to remove. I had to drill 4 extra holes, two behind the license plate, and two under the bumper. Ravspec sends you all the installation hardware minus the double sided tape.
