Ok, I'm going to go into a brief explanation, as well as an apology.
Towards the end of last year we were having a lot of business problems w/ Versus Motorsports -- the U.S. importer of Charge Speed. There was massive communication failures on their part, and it resulted in Intense looking bad. We can't have that. As the last company that a buyer deals with, it looks the worst on us, even though the issues were completely out of our control. We made the decision at that time to no longer take anymore Charge Speed orders, as the outcome was in grave obscurity.

Fast forward to today: communications are open again and products are being shipped in the time frame in which we are quoted. Therefore, for all whom are still interested in quotes, please feel free to PM again.

Apology: my apologies for keeping this thread open this long w/ no replies. In hindsight, the thread should have been closed long ago. Thanks for your orders, your PM's and your understanding.

Congrats on your purchase. The failure to call you back wasn't on Charge Speed, but rather on us -- we had 4 lines full all day, and were unable to get any phone calls out. While this may appear to be a clear sign that more employees are necessary, the margins that we live by in order to stay competitive in this market dictate that we keep overhead as low as possible. This sometimes results in occasionally missing a sale, but more often results in an overall better level of customer service.
