how are the sideskirts installed and how good is the fit?

Yes, these are real Ings. As far as the fit goes they are like most Ings the fit is very good. You still have to have the body shop smooth the seams before painting. They need to have any brackets that transfer from the old bumpers put on for support. That's about it.
