Does the emblem pop off easily from the old grille? Or do you need to get a new one?

Move your old one over, it pops out.
You most likely have to trim/cut the opening slightly larger because Mt.Fuji is more oval than the Nissan hamburger.

That was the case when I did this with my 1st gen sedan.
(not a big deal)

Unless... these are Infiniti specific.
