Greg,

everything that has happened with your order was explained to you. I'm sorry we weren't able to help you out with your mods. we have no issues with giving you a full refund since that was what you wanted.

I'm just getting better from the flu which pretty much made me useless for over a week and half. That is the main reason there was the lack of updates and the other reason was there wasn't much to update once the shop was having their issue w/ the machine/mold and mixture.

the issue was me sick for almost 2 weeks and the cs rear not being done to complete his order, the kz and cs were being shipped out together. i'd hate to go back and forth since its been well documented that there were extensive delays with the CS rear or any project that ARCH has undertaken to bring the community a new part in poly.

i am barely getting back on my feet and tying up some loose ends with some pre-orders but all orders after that been taken cared of, that did not contain the CS rear.

It has nothing to do with being sick it has to do with the fact that you told me it was beign shipped out and that you dropped off the bumper for shipping but I called the Clairmount office and you never dropped it off. YOU LIED and that is what the problem is. Up until this point I have been very patient and understanding. but you told me you shipped it when you really didn't.

On Novemebr 27th you could have told me the truth that you hadn't been able to get it to the GPX to ship, but instead you insisted that you shipped it.

And finally today you lied as well backing up that you had shipped it. And i think it was most interesting when I called the clairmount office and they said you frequently don't deliver the parts in time that matches with the orders you process.

Hangups and delays are understandable. But its never the case that you should start lying to your customers, like you did.

im sry to hear about the issue you are facing.. and i hope that this is resolved privately if it goes further.. appearantly time/patience was a major factor here from what i see and lack of communication also... things should of been handle a bitt better but like frankieg35 said .. "things never goes planned".. my experience with arch was much different.. cant really speak about others ... was updated periodically... and now im sitting in that boat waiting for my parts to be shipped out.. time will tell how things will be conducted in the future...

Im not bashing at all. I am simply relaying what has just happened to me, in regards to the product being sold by the vender who did it, in an attempt to notify all others who have purchased from Arch.

I specifically have made it a point to only include facts and not post my opinions. if there are any doubts, I'll gladly support everything with documentation.

^im not doubting anything, but i would suggest to make your own thread

a vendor is trying to sell/promote a new product

for the sake of this thread, please take your argument elsewhere, and i say that with respect, i have deleted my comments since they do not apply to this thread

I believe it is my turn to add my story to this. I have stayed behind the scenes, communicating via text/pms but I believe now I had enough, and I don't want others to experience what I had to go thru.

I have been modding cars for a long time, and this will be the third car with body kit work to it. I have always gotten my kits online, and never had a problem before.

I ordered/paid for my CS REAR and poly Impul sides on JULY 2ND from Arch. So I am actually the first person to ever order these. Back then I was aware that it would take a while. I was told that it would be done by end of SUMMER. (Btw summer ends in august).

I had an accident on JULY 17th and asked for my money back, he said yes. I never got my money back (excuse: he forgot). So I ended up giving up on getting my money back and told him to just send me the Impuls. They were supposed to be send, then the batch ended (excuse), then it was taking longer to make because blah blah blah (excuse: sorry bro, they were not shipped out when i first said they would be. i'm going to have them out today/tomorrow. I'm getting a new batch of them in today.). then the batch took longer and blah.

So I received the Impuls SEPTEMBER 15th. (3 months later).

At that point I started waiting for the CS Rear, driving around with my old crashed rear bumper, which I STILL AM.

Everyday it was a not yet bro, two days bro, next week bro. So at that point I was freaking out so excited from a text saying it was gonna be ready in like 10 mins then getting shot down by broken promises every week (sick, mexico, weeding, flu)

Then the ETA 11/11 got here and we started texting back and forth everyday. Oh it's two days, oh it's next Monday.

Then, on 11/18 I got the text that my rear was shipped, and it should be get here in 5/7 days. So I dismounted my entire sound system (full trunk setup, plexiglass, boxes, blah), went to the shop to tell them. Told my family, friends, gf who kept laughing every time I told them it was coming in, that this time it was really arriving.

Text him today, and now, apparently "it was shipped but they held it from going out cuz of some billing issue". What kinda bull is that? So it was shipped and they held it somewhere? What the FVCK? Takes two weeks to figure out they held it?

WHEN WILL I GET MY BUMPER? WHAT IS THE NEXT EXCUSE?

I can't beleive this is coming to this. I am such an easy-going guy and would NEVER freak out like this over nonsense.
I hope we can all resolve this, and ARCH can bring up their customer service up to par with the quality of their materials. A reputation can be easily re-built, specially on online forums, and all that has to happen is the lying to stop, and the products to be delivered to the ppl who paid and have given vendors their trust.

COME ON ARCH, PROVE US WRONG. GET THIS **** SORTED OUT, GET THE PPL THE PARTS THAT THEY PAID FOR/DESERVE and LETS MOVE ON.

Rant [/close]

Hey guys! CS Rear is available and I have been there in his garage and saw all of the bumpers ready to be shipped! The thing was he got really sick for quite some time and had some troubles with getting your orders! I dont really know for sure whats been promised and whats been agreed upon but rest assured he'll be right on it! Even when he was sick he was able to send my CS rear to the shop and I also met up with him prior to that!

Here's proof of the CS Rear I got from him that is already prepped and just waiting to be painted:

It sucks that you guys are having conflicts but I am sure Francis will get right on this! I know he's a stand up guy and will come thru for you guys! I know that its kinda hard waiting and saying patience is a virtue would be kind of just taboo at this point! All I can say is I hope you guys understand and stretch ur patience a little bit more cuz I know you guys will be happy once u guys have ur hands on this!
