I personally don't need one because I switched to the 05/06 bumper a long time ago, but I will ABSOLUTELY get the word out on these.
Also: Bit more info on swapping bumpers...
Besides the mudguards and cover itself, you'll also need all the license plate mounting hardware as it is different from the 05/06 to 03/04, so you can't reuse your old hardware.

And the price is insanely low. I paid more for my Nismo rear lip 2 years ago and it was damaged from a fender bender.
