Sorry guys, we went ahead and processed all refunds on the deposits. the sedan project was simply more difficult since we do not have OEM bumper readily available for the project. So when one was chopped up and we messed up on it, we would scrap it n start w/ the second bumper... We did not anticipate so many issues which has caused a great deal of delays. Maybe one of the other vendors will pick up where we left off and create a new bumper for the 03/04 bumper. ARCH may pick up the project once again, if we do, all the guys who put down deposits will get an additional discount if they are still interested in the parts. Once again, we apologize for all the inconveniences and headaches this project may have caused you. You can PM or email us if you have additional questions or concerns.

 

Just got a notice from ARCH today regarding the bumper. It sounds as if the project was scraped altogether. I have received a refund for my deposit.

I advise everyone who put in a deposit on the bumper to check to make sure their deposits have been refunded.

I'm glad they stepped up to the plate and were willing to refund the money as most places would just string people along until they forgot about it and chalk up the deposit as a loss. I wish ARCH the best of luck in their future ventures, not all of them can winners, unfortunately.

 

I was bummed to see my refund notice. I never doubted ARCH's integrity, over the years I have seen nothing but good business done by them. I would have waited, hmm now what bumper? How's the poly Nismo coming along? I'll have to find the thread.

 

I was thankful to see my deposit was refunded. It sucks that after all of this waiting we never got to see the bumper made. It least now I can get the poly nismo rep that I wanted orginally

4DGS at least all of your hard work wasn't for nothing. It sounds like carbodykits.com will have their poly HD nismo fronts done soon.

 

^we will have the poly nismo for the sedans WITH air ducts available & carbon fiber splitters to go with the fronts available once the manufacturer is done making the fronts.

where was our refunds sent to? Was it the google account we used to send the money or paypal?

 

mine was sent to my credit card, which is great i was almost at the limit this month now i still have some money

 

When was the last time you guys heard on the orders that you have placed with ARCH?
When was the last time anyone seen the guy? took the money and ran?....starting to feel like it.

 

We all got refunds back in June, they bailed on the sedan project.
