Is there a dip stick that is easier to read? This stock 2003 G35 dipstick sucks! I can't read anything. Is the nissan ones better? or are they same?

there is a L XXXXXX H couldn't be easier to read than that,
unless yours doesn't have that?

 

It does I mean that when I pull it out theres oil all over the dipstick. No actual way to tell if it is full or empty.

 

You check it with the car off right? And let it sit for a bit after it runs. Maybe take a pic so we can see if you have the stock dipstick.

run the vehicle for a few minutes, turn off,
pull dipstick out, wipe off, put back in pull out again and never had any issues....
