i ordered side skirts from these losers in february...aftermonths of them saying "i'm sending them out on monday, don't worry" they arrived in july...FIVE MONTHS LATER!!!!!

they didn't even send a receipt or an invoice with the package or take the time to email me one. they packaged the skirts in an open ended used exhaust box...not even wrapped in anything to protect them...now they are stuck at canada customs, because i don't have a receipt, and where did creative autoworks go??????

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!

they finally came through with an invoice, so i'll give them that.

after months of waiting, complaining, and threatening, they said they would send me an edfc while i wait to show they were sorry. i never got that, lol, and i really don't expect to.

i hate complaining, but i had to in this case. in the end, i did get the product i ordered, so i guess thats better then nothing.

 

The same had happened to me!
I had ordered a bodykit 2 months ago it took a month to arrive..
and that's not all. they sent the wrong f**kin front bumper..
they said they're sending me another bumper it's been another month
and my new bumper is now stuck at the Canadian customs
cuz they didn't know they were suppose to pay for the customs for a f*ckin resent bumper..

Now. With the impul replica fiberglass kit i expected some minor imperfections..
but the fiberglass is bubbly not flat and thin with some cracks.

and with confirmation from jeremy.. i think it's safe to say.. any order that requires border cross (Canadian orders) is not recommended!!.. I do not know how it would be for US orders.. but their customer service wasn't even that great to begin with.
so... BUYERS BEWARE...

they had a hks exhaust group buy awhile back and i didn't have any problems with them. I havent really heard from them though i thought they might've moved or something. Sorry for your troubles I figured they would be better than this..

 

For all of you that have had problems with us in the past we are very sorry for any hassles we have caused. Our shop and customer service is usualy not like this, we have just finished moving to a bigger and more organized location so problems like this and any any others will not happen again please do not regaurd Creative Autoworksa as a bad shop we have done some changes within our crew and the general organiztion of the shop so that shipments and orders as well as work we do at the shop will run much smoother. Again for anyone who has had problems with us in the past we are sorry.

 

For fear of buying from an unreputable shop, can I get some sort of discount on a nismo front to persuade my decision?
