Wow, this thread has blown up!

All-Fleet Services makes most of their money from working on rental cars. You would think that since many of our members have used/recommended All-Fleet, that they would continue to offer us a great price. It is word-of-mouth that helps make companys successful. I made this public to let others know before they could have gotten in the same situation that I'm in. I'm glad I made it public because look at all the people who agree with me that she is rude!

I agree that a business cannot work for free, but when you pay a certain amount to paint yor bumper...you expect it to be painted as best as possible. Well, there are many spider-webbing cracks on the bumper and the paint is off. I never demanded a repaint for free. I suggested that it would be nice. If Richard's wife could have talked to me in a polite manner and told me that Richard was off on his estimate, I would have thought twice about still using their place. With the way she treated me, I will never give them my business again.

I don't mind paying for quality. If they would have quoted me $300 or $150 to paint the bumper in the beginning, I would have payed it. It's not about the money. It's about the way they treat their customers.

Jamaica, I wasn't pertaining to you...

i agree, customer service is number one!
spiddering webbing is caused by a poorly made bumper and then hitting the bumper on the ground as it pushes up against the car the paint contracts and spider webs. The next shop you bring it to, make sure they put some sort of flex additive to the paint.
