Cabin Air Filter Replacement

I changed my cabin air filter today. My car has 21,000 miles on it and I just bought it a couple weeks ago. I don't think it was ever replaced before today. It was dark grey but not black yet. I found these instructions, most of you have probably seen this already, but I thought I'd post it anyways in case someone hasn't. If you have a #2 phillips screwdriver you can do this, it's that easy! http://g-owners.com/article_read.asp?id=29

Where do I get the filter? Other than a dealership? hehe

So far I have found it at everythingg35.com

http://www.g35parts.com/9083/osc/index.php?cPath=31_36

but what's the difference between the regular and the charcoal? my windows are open 85% of the time so A/C & heat are rarely used. Is it worth the extra cheese?

Also thanks for the install instructions

Adrian

Here is a link for the paper cabin air filter.

http://www.partsamerica.com/ProductD...ype=10&ptset=A

They are offering free shipping for orders over $50 so if you order 4 filters and a roll of $2 shop towels the shipping will be free. I don't know where to buy the charcoal filters but they are probably superior to the paper filters. If anyone has a link for the charcoal filters please post it.

My bad. I saw the link for the charcoal filters from everythingG35.com had already been posted. My link for partsamerica has cheaper paper cabin air filters compared to everythingG35.com, in case anyone would rather pay $14 for a paper filter compared to $45 for a charcoal.
