Everyones excuse for not going to HIN?

So everyone who back out of HIN, what are your excuses? I'm pretty pissed. I spent $60 to sit in my apartment all night. I was hesitant to spend the $60 on registering for the show, but I did it for the club participation...and everyone backs out? I know that I can't be the only one upset.

It was a weak showing for sure. We all could have easily won on our own. From now on I am doing the shows solo. If anyone wants to go, that's cool. But it won't be under the banner of the FGC. The only reason I ever signed up to do this big of a show was for the club participation, and that never happened. If we rolled in there with 2 or 3 cars, as the FGC, it would have been a joke. Now that I know what it's all about, I will be at the next one for sure. I should have gone on my own and I regret it.

Ryan, you didn't have to sit at home and waste your money. We got our wristbands and still went to the show.

There were only 3 G's in the show.

I used to get that way when I was in some of my old car clubs. I would always be the only one to show up. Then I realized that really there's no point in getting pissed b/c 99% of the time I still had a damn good time and felt sorry that my club members missed it. I would always still put my clubs name down and if others showed up, great more then one, if not then o well at least I did my part in representing.

Your car looked great!

I looked around for the owner, but could never find you.

Sorry I didn't find you. Things were pretty crazy!

Pretty bizarre that someone would sit in your car at a car show. Sounds like time to lock the doors.
