Didn't you always have that same chin spoiler on the bumper? How come it never happened before?

When I bought the chin spoiler it was used. The idiot I bought it from cut the bolts off that are supposed to go through the bumper and be nutted on the inside. When I installed it on my car, I put two bolts on the underside and screwed it into the fenders. I had it on for eight months without a problem, but I don't think I drove 110-120mph with it on the front... like someone was doing when it came off.

The good thing is that it came off clean because there are no holes in the front of the bumper now.

That wasn't his alignment or his tires making his car shake at 120 mph.... It was just him running over his chin spoiler

hahaha, damn Shermie i was gonna write this whole funny dramatic story but you ruined it....

Anyways, yes I went to Chuck's thursday night and we installed the bumper....Friday when I left work I was on an empty 2 lane back road and I got up to 110 or so when I heard this loud crushing sound and instantly looked in my rear view to see what I hit and I saw black pieces of something flying everywhere 8 to 10feet in the air...since I still had control of my car i was fairly sure i didnt blow a tire so I proceeded to the nearest gas station and got out to see the front lip was gone. The bolts were still there but it apparently just ripped right through them. After I looked at it better on Saturday in daylight, there is a slight scratch on the drivers side but i think I might be able to Zaino it out. other than that, there is no harm to the viewable portion of the bumper.
