Thanks, Jason. I'm too lazy to go take the door off right now, so Ill just have to deal with rolling down the window, opening the door, and rolling back up the window.

As soon as I got back into Orlando, I stopepd at Publix to get some food for dinner. I go to get out of my car and realize that both door handles from the inside don't work. Me being so smart...I didn't think of doing what I said above, so luckily there was someone getting into his car that was parked in front of me. I knocked on my window and pointed at my door handle. Man...was the embarrassing.

I am 99% sure it has to do with the sunroof module. If it is not that, it is the small cables that go into the door lock mechanism itself. They are exactly like the ones in the backseat. Dan might need to chime in on this one, if removing your sunroof controls w/ his wiring would cause this; because I am pretty sure I put everything back in place.

That does suck though..

what you mean removing sunroof controls??
he doesnt have them any more??
if he doesnt it shouldnt be a problem the module can still control it
you guys most likely forgot ot hook up the cables in the back of the door panel.
did that once took me a while to figure out what was wrong

i definitely hooked up the cables..

do both doors not work ryan, or just the driver's side?

i put my door panels back on the same way I put your panels back on and I just checked mine and they work perfectly. It must have something to do with the sunroof wires, unless I didnt hook the cables in all the way (that is a long shot I hope, but easy to check).

Dan, we cut the wires you ran to the sunroof module. It would have been a lot of work to swap his stuff out and it was a spur of the moment decision to save install time.

Well, I guess I just wasn't pulling on the handle hard enough? It works now...

It works now after I took the doors off and put the cables back in their places.

Hey Jason, I was also able to put the rubber piece around the sunroof.

good to hear.. i am guessing it was only the driver's side then? must have been human error, i actually thought for some reason i was incapable of that, but i guess not. damn.

glad to hear you got the trim piece on, post some pics of the interior (and not to rub it in Jason's face, i swear....).
