yeh he sure does
the front dropped like an inch and the rear stayed the same on his car.
there is no difference between the 05 350z rear springs and the 05 g35 rear springs. we had both sets off the car and sat them next to each other. they are the exact same size and the same thickness. the difference between the two sets came in the fronts, where the 350z front springs were about an inch or so shoter then the g35 springs.
jason's car looks good in the front but looks like it has a lift kit in the rear.

BTW, I do have the Sport Tuned/Premium PKG on the car.

SFLG35,

do you think it be okay then if I put on just the Stock Front 350Z springs, or would that cause me problems, since you said the rears were the same.?.

I don't mind leaving it as is for now. I just don't feel like dishing out the money for it when I can put my money towards other things that I want.

What an *** this kid is. Who the hell do you think you are?

For the record...it looked like a lift kit b/c I had 30 tires. Once I went back to 35, it looks fine. But yeah...the rear stayed the same and the front has a good once inch drop. Its actually a nice forward rake. All the springs have the same spring rates so I'm hoping it doesnt f up the shocks much. Time will tell though

350Z revised springs and 05+ sport tuned springs have the same exact spring rates 314f/427r. An aftermarket spring made for the Z will maybe drop an '05 sport G 1/4-1/2" more than the Z, maybe not. I think this theory refers to 03-04 G's more than 05-06 sport. I seriously doubt there will be any difference in swapping out the springs, OEM for OEM. But then again, I'm no expert on p***y drops to me a half inch drop is not even worth the time and money and hassle...

I did it and the reasoning was simple. I wanted a nice little drop without screwing my suspension setup. I get the same spring rates with the subtle drop. Thus, i was hoping not to mess up the shocks much. This cost me like $200 for both the springs and the install.

A better setup would have cost a ton more.

if you just want to drop the front just buy a set of 05-06 350z springs from someone on the 350z boards. they will let them go pretty cheap just to get rid of them.

then all you will need to do is install the fronts and let the rear sit in your garage.

or you could just cut a coil off the front of your springs that you have already and then it would just drop the front.

You can make fun of my mismatched Greddy...or even my vortech / exhaust rattle....or even my '****ed up b/c i hit a piece of rubber on the highway' bumper......or my missing center caps.....but don't ever talk about my lift kit like that.

A better setup done right would cost x10 more, that's the problem :\

Do you have any pictures of it? I haven't seen your car since you had the vortech and the greddy kit.. $200 isn't bad, being that my alignment alone was $100, but how noticeable is it?

the front look sslammed. Measuring the distance from the ground to the wheelwell...it was the same distance as Dan's slammed on Tein Basics. The rear didnt move though....was hoping for a once inch drop all around. Didnt go as planned....but.....what on this car has gone as planned for me. Seems to be my theme

Funny thing is, Shawn's and Pablo's cars are both '05 sport dropped on 350 H-techs, same tire sizes and all.. and Shawn's rear was higher while his front was lower than Jose's... go figure, no 2 cars come out the same.
