Since you have a lease, you should look into buying used parts when possible because you won't be keeping the car for long. Keep the stock parts because you will need to reinstall the stock parts when you turn in the car.

How long is your lease?

its a 06 - im afraid to put mods on the lease tho, what would you advise that doesnt take alot of money to get installed and doesnt exceed like 500$ besides ztube/stillen cai , clear corners.

I'm not sure, if its only for 05's, but try the Mrev mod.

Those are a good start and are easily reversible when you turn it in. As 2slo said, consider the MREV and I'd definitely get a Motordyne plenum spacer with the iso thermal gasket. The MREV and plenum spacer with gasket will take less than an hour to install and would be easy to remove later. I think they would give the largest performance gains for what you are looking for.
