Check out the Clarion NICE; they have one with a seven inch monitor and you can hook up a video game console to it. I'm not sure, but it might fit in the cubby hole also. I think they are around 1k.

my buddy has a single din clarion touchscreen that was pretty good. id put clarion up there with eclipse as 1 of the nicer old school head units.

so i found a pretty good deal on an avn5495. includes 05 ac controller, finisher and wiring harness. think i might just get it and skip the springs.

so what im really asking, is would anyone like to install this with my help? ill pay in beer, food or $.

edit: so i guess the only thing i need to buy is the pac swi-ecl. adrian? sean? want to teach me?

lol, I have hte PAC SWI ECL sitting in my trunk... with my JDM battery cover and two KP Tech (window up & shock sensor) mods to install this week.

I'd help you, but Im down south.

I'll get the PAC installed this week and when I get back (Jan2) I'll help you.

The boosted concepts garage has never done ANYTHING in under 4hrs.

A 20min install takes 3hrs of prep work (drinking) and 1hr to complete (while drunk).

sounds like every other install ive done on my car so i wouldnt want to change things up. once i get the pics from the kid, i going to go ahead and buy this. ill just hold off on springs until late next year sometime. ive got my sways that i can put on for now so that will still help my handling.
