Question Infiniti of Tampa vs. Lokey Infiniti

Hey guys, I need to have my first warranty work performed soon. What is the scoop on these two dealerships, Infiniti of Tampa & Lokey Infiniti? Which service department is better and what is your expereiences dealing with them.
Infiniti of Tampa is closer to me, but Ive never heard anything postive about them.

I have a clicking sound comming from my rear when I accelerate. Similar to a bad CV joint sound. My driver side window is more loose than my passenger side.

Lokey is a sponsor of the Club, but one member (r10apple) had a good experience with IOT in an emergency.

That click is likely the axle click noise that some cars have. It just needs some lube and is covered under warranty. There is a TSB about it. The driver window thing is common too.

I live in north tampa and still drive to Lokey. Better people and service - Tampa infiniti treated me like crap from the day I was looking at buying a G. I haven't heard anything positive about them.

I didn't like Greg, myself. I've mainly worked with Brian and have worked with Corey a few times. Both are great guys!

Lokey is our sponsor and I have only heard good things about them but I bought and have only had my car serviced at IOT and honestly they have always been really good for me. I have had my car there probably 8 different times with 0 issues. I have heard some negative comments about IOT so your best bet would be to go with our sponsor.

I live in jacksonville, and my house is literally 5 minutes from Atlantic Infiniti.... Yet I opted to drive 3 hours to tampa instead, to go to Lokey Infiniti to buy my car...that should tell you something... =)

Never delt with IOT but I will say the first time I took my car into Lokey I was BLOWN away. They are great guys over there and bend over backwards to help you out. Never had a reason to try anywhere else, it also does not hurt that I live 10 minutes from them...
