Oct has Halloween. Nov has Thanksgiving. Dec has Christmas. Jan has New Years. Feb has Valentines Day. Mar is Spring Break. Maybe April 08? Oops, April Fool's Day. Screw it.

Are we relly going to make this descision based on when EVERY single member is available? Maybe we take it virtual and all meet online with a webcam so you can log in where ever you all are on the date that we finally decide . Problem solved.

The BOD should select 3 potential days for the meet & make a poll in the members only section. We should decide that way.

After 10 days, whichever date has the highest vote - wins.
