I heard lots of people meet up at the sonic on beach near "the globe" on tuesdays and saturdays....is this still the case? If so, having dinner at sneakers at the beach and then a cruise up to sonic would be cool. Just a thought. It's been forever since i've hung out a car spot haha... guess i'm getting old. =P

 

i used to travel up there all the time for meets. i grew up up there in green cove and my grandparents still live up there so i can go visit them as well.

haha it's hard for me to swing weekdays now, but a friday or saturday is doable. I haven't seen the new ride yet...what is it?

 

black...driving 2-3 hours for a meet is something i do all the time. usually i stretch it out into a weekend thing so we can do some drinking but thats how the fgc rolls.

jon...i know lots of people hang out at the sonics on southside during the week. not sure about fridays but i can ask around.

ps beers on me guys (as long as its an anheuser-busch product and everyone drinks responsibly)

and considering that we didnt use any of it this last weekend means that it still has $200 left on it

$200/month at bars and restaurants. $50 every quarter for grocery stores and such.

 

Holy shnikees! It used to only be a couple of cases a month back in the day...My how times change...

 

o he still gets a few cases a month on top of that. hence my stocked beer fridges now, that reside on each end of the couch. that way no one has to move or get up.

i beleive that it is out by the beaches but dont know for sure since i have never been there.

 

it is at the east end of baymeadows at the 9A intersection...sort of behind the outback.
