My car won't start....

So I've never had a problem starting the car before. Yesterday, I went to leave and bam...

All the lights work. When I first tryed to turn the car on, it started to turn over (maybe a second), and then all it did was make a click noise. I tryed a few more times...and nothing but a click sound. Would this most likely be the starter?

I would assume it would be covered under warranty...but I have no way of getting my car to a dealership. Any suggestions??

Maybe something wrong with your charging system, or just a dead battery. Are your lights bright?

Might try having someone give you a jump.

How old is the battery? Sometimes, even if the lights are still running, the battery could be low. Also check the battery terminals, if you had any work done to the car, it's possible that it was disconnected and reconnected but wasn't tightened.

may just be a dead battery, if yours is still original. Put a volt meter on the battery or take it out to get it tested. You can swap out the battery yourself fairly easily.

Ryan,

sounds like the battery.

On these cars, if the voltage is too low, it won't even try to turn over..It just clicks!

Shot in the dark, but if everything else checks out consider the starter relay.
