Okay here are some pics......we are closing on the 14th everything look really good so far (crossfingers)...Financing is perfect, rented the condo, downpayment is in good order, monthly payment is right where i want it to be. The only thing we have to do is wait.....then move.

We have a lot of plans for the hosue. She want to move the back wall aobut 20 feet or so and add a second floor and build a new entry way and maybe add a pool. It has a lot of potential since it is sitting on half an acre.
