Just bought '05 sedan, idea on GOOD shop in St Pete?

Hey yall, just bought an '05 sedan, liquid platinum with black leather. I love it, and can't wait to come to some of the meets around the st pete area.

My problem is I love Sirius, and made sure mine already had it, but I miss my old unit too much. My question is, do any of you have ideas on who you would trust to do a custom install in the area who would be quality, dependable, and within reason pricewise??? Thanks for all your help, I really appreciate it, and can't wait to get gritty on my ride.

I'm not sure I'd trust my G35 to Circuit City.

If you're talking about getting your head unit replaced, the only place I'd trust would be Stereorama in Clearwater. Here's their contact information.

Stereorama, Inc.
1857 Gulf to Bay BLVD
Clearwater, FL 33765

Phone (727) 442-5201
Fax (727) 461-3837
Email info@stereorama.com

Give them a call and ask for Bill or Terry. They did a great job on the stereo work on my Coupe and have done several G35's.

Thanks for the info. I think this may be a little too advanced than I would trust to Circuit City, as what I am looking to do is really custom, and will more than likely require some building and complicated rewiring. Do you think this stereorama place would be up for this? Thanks again...

Do it yourself. It's not too difficult.

You will need to get some JDM parts though - double DIN trim piece and AC controller.

Sorry, I didn't mean to sound so negative. Maybe your Circuit City has exceptional installers. I don't know. In general, Circuit City's don't have the best installers or craftsmen for custom stereo systems.

Stereorama has done many custom installations with hand crafted fiberglass pieces and complicated electronics. My installation was simply a new head unit, amp , and speakers/sub, but that's all I wanted. They've had cars on the cover of different Audio magazines and stuff like that, if that's what you're interested in.

I don't work for them or anything, but I've been friends with the owner for many years. They have installed stereo systems on my last few cars, including my G... I'm happy with their work, give them a call...
