SF Winning Vs Curb...

Well ive had my wheels for about 2 years now...never have i presonally done damage to them...i got my alignment done at Tire Kingdom...and they knicked each wheel real good when they installed new tires (ill never go back)...than a few days ago my mom took my car to the mall to pick up some rice (insert funny asian joke here ) my car is automatic, and the 745Li that we have baby sits the garage, and the minivan is in Tampa with my dad...and my brothers 350 is a stick...and blocks the garage...so the easiest way was to take my car...
so when she comes back i find this...

all i could say was OUCH! so i am trying to find a place to refinish all 4 lips...as you can see it needed to be done anyways since 2 years of hot sun and brake dusts have left its mark, so any suggestions? thanks ahead of time

I'm not sure about pricing on that as I had a cracked rim from a pothole fixed from them and it looked like it was brand new again when I got it back. They're open right now, so give them a call real quick before it gets too late and ask.

check out www.turbax.com , they have an office here in jax and will come pick up your rims and deliver them back to you..

I had similar damage, and had it fixed by wheels america though (the Dallas location) and they did a good job. I actually shipped my rim to miami, but it got lost somehow. It's all good now...just don't use USPS, haha..

but yeah, that's an easy fix right there...my lip was actually bent.

that's the site for wheelsamerica. They will charge $130 to fix a rim, regardless of how bad the bend, curb rash is... this price includes repolishing and clear coating... add around $30 bucks for shipping. That was my price for one wheel. Maybe they'll work something out for sending all 4?

bringing back this old *** post cause discount tire srapped both of my rear rims mounting the tires. but as you might remember tire kingdom scratched all 4 before hand. so me and the dued working there did some negotiating, so hes going to repair one wheel and im paying for the other. about 150 bucks (out of my pocket) to get both fixed. i might as well send out the front 2 wheels too, BUT that 300 bucks would come out of my pocket too. so with shipping included, does anyone know a place that will do the fronts cheaper than 300? thanks a lot AGAIN

Damn, always something happening out of your realm with those wheels. That really does suck, but at least he'll take care of One Wheel, and you might as well just get the rest of them done at the same time. It'll be like having new wheels, and then next touch up your Front Bumper...LoL but I have no room to talk on the bumper part... meh...

Mom: "Let me take your G for a spin"
Me: "Sure... but let me show you a few threads on G35driver.com which specifically deal with mom-son-G-wheel-curbage and how much they cost to refinish..."
Honda Accord tires screech As I am talking to no one but myself
