Man I can't make up my mind. Is the M35 much slower since it is heavier?

depends what your looking for, two totally different cars.. I love my G but my bro has a fully loaded M.. and i fuggin love that thing!

If you want options, technology and a smooth ride/larger platform, the M is the way to go for sure (especially if you aren't modifying it)...
