yup, my battery just died in my 04 recently. Same symptoms... get it changed before you get stuck in a parking lot somewhere. I brought mine to the dealership and they got me a new battery. Technically, i don't think it's covered under warranty, but my car is still under warranty so they gave me a pro rated price, and I was out the door for $24.00.

yeah thats what about what i payed for mine at the dealer

but if you wanna spend a lil more get the optima yellow top

I heard the Optima yellow top isnt meant for daily cranking or something like that. I might consider it if Im going to get a system downthe road.

You heard wrong. The yellow top is fine for starting.
