The Palmetto and the Dolphin are def. the worse. There are accidents and broken down cars alllll the time on both. Does anyone else have to drive to downtown? Not fun at all.

Before moving down here, I was warned about the traffic. Didn't think it was THIS bad.

everybody thats not from the miami/broward area needs to come down and drive at 8 in the morning and 3-6 in the afternoon on any of the mentioned highways and see what traffic is. i think miamis traffic is fourth to L.A., New York, and Atlanta

At least in SFL when there is a car off to the side of the road or a crash on the other side of the road, everyone doesn't just stop and watch. Here in central Florida, if a car is pulled over by the cops on the other side of the road, everyone on your side has to slow down and look. I've driven on I-95 in SFL where the other side is completely blocked by a crash and we zipped by on the other side at 80 mph.

US 19 in Pinellas County from Haines Bayshore north to Countryside Blvd.

After that, I have to agree with KidCane and go with Malfunction Junction.

Haha. Indeed.

And PLEASE don't let a drop of rain hit the ground. I swear, the very second it starts to drizzle, people go into panic mode and accidents occur left and right, which all leads up to at least another 1/2 hr to my drive from downtown to Doral.

I would have to say either:

a) I-95 Northbound (in miami) from 4:00- 6:00 PM between downtown and the golden glades interchange

or

b) 836 Westbound from 4:00 - 6:00 PM anywhere within a few miles of the airport.
