Service at South Motors Infiniti (Miami)?

I need to take my car in for first oil change and maybe the CC update. Have been trying to setup an appointment for the last 4 days, but have not been able to contact anyone in the service dept. Left messages for all three (?) service reps but no call back. Is there a person in the service dept. that can help me?

Any experience with South Motors?

Call Steve Anteen. He has taken care of me since day one, even with all my mods. I have nothing but good things to say about SMI service.

For my last oil change there, I did their online appt but they never called me so I had to end up calling them a few times before I could get through to them to make an appt. Good luck.

thanks for your inputs. I made an appointment with Steve (through Julio). They were booked solid but he "squeezed" me in. I asked about the CC surge TSB, Julio knew nothing about it.

+1,000,000 I cant say enough about Steve and South Motors in general. They replaced my trans under warranty, replaced my driver's seat leather under warranty, fixed the axle clicking issue(warranty again) and then I had them replace my brake pads and re-surface the rotors(paid for myself). all this crap and I had my car back in 24 hours...SERIOUSLY! And, to top it all off, I got a loaner for free. Steve is cool as sh.it and didnt mention my mods...mind you , they are minimal. SOuth Motors rocks in my opinion
