I need a lawyer
Does anyone have a suggestion for a lawyer in the orlando area. I need to sue a body shop. The lawyer I was working with doesn't want to pursue the case that I have.
If you are suing for less than $5000, sue them yourself in small claims court. http://orangeclerk.onetgov.net/faq/faq-smallclaims.htm Otherwise, it may cost you more in attorney fees than you originally sue for.

Well I can't imagine it being for much more than $5000. Your best bet is to file a complaint and hopefully they will settle once they get served. Wouldn't waste your money or an attorney or a circuit court.
