Attn DIYers......here'a little mod for you guys.
 

I put up a write up in the Tech section on removing the extra idler pulley on the P/S - Alt belt.

It is an easy mod with no drawbacks, and is great to do when it comes time to put new belts on your car.

That's a great mod... Gets rid of weight on the front end and doesn't cost anything... well, except for the new belt.

Thanks JB. I needed new belts anyway. I was looking at them the other day, and I could see alot of cracking on the belts! :eek:

Very nice. Never though about it but why do we have it anyway?

Someone said it was there to drive the old fans on the early 2003 G35s.
