KP Tech install

Is anyone in South Florida familiar with installing the Roll-Up mod and the Nav bypass?? I really want to get these installed from someone who knows exactly how to do this.. To many shops aren't familiar with its functions and I dont want things messed up as a result.. I think Dan (SFLG) installed my old one at a meet, can anyone let me know if they can help me to get these installed sooner than later? Much appreciated.

Edit: I guess I should first ask, do they work for the G37, I can only assume as I see no reason why they would not..

Looking for:
-Window Roll-Up Mod
-Nav Bypass
-Electronic Beep
-Lock/Unlock (think this comes with Window Mod right?)

yes im sure they do
sorry havent gotten back to you
car stuff and its finals week

can you hold the key in the lock position in the door and the windows roll up? if yes then window module will work.

get me a g37 service manual and i can find the wires you will need.
you can most likely use your old window modules as well just have to take it out of your g35. if you dont want tot do that then i have plenty instock.

i can get you all the other ones as well.

yeh stick key in door turn to lock and hold it iand they will roll up. you can roll them down by holding the unlock button on the remote, but you cant roll them back up from the remote. the kptech window mod allows you to push the lock button twice on the remote and it will roll them up for you.

let me know

Dan, windows will go up with key so thats good. I'm not going to bother removing the old mod from my car its not worth the time for a few bucks. I'll be in St. Pete from the 25h-28th or so maybe I could meet with you and have you install the mod that would be great. Does that Nav Bypass allow the disabled features of the Nav/Aux to work while the car is moving or just automatically acknowledge the disclaimer agreement?

Its about $30-40, not hard to install but better to let someone who knows how to install it do it. Probably take you a hour or two and Dan could do it in 10 minutes.

here a simple diy for the window roll up:

take the door panel off and disconnect the plugs from the window switches and kick panel light.

there is 5 wires on the roll up module (red, black, green, yellow, & blue)

the red and black conect to the white and black wires:

the green and yellow connect to the red with white stripe and yellow w black stripe:

the blue goes through the door and connects to the window motor. the photo u see is the blue wire i cut when removing the module b/c i didnt want to take the metal panel off so i just left it.

thanks to Dan for instralled this for me i just happen to take photos of it when i removed mine. hope this helps

Didn't know about rolling the windows down, I have to try that when I get back to town. Maybe I will read the ENTIRE manual now.
