Heated Seats

Never thought I'd really have the need for this but I gotta say, they feel reaaally nice on a day like today.

yea they work.. it'll heat ya *** up right quick.. ok.. not too quick it takes like 4 or 5 minutes to get it heated, but after that u gotta watch it.. u will start smelling pop corn hehehe.. which is ya butt set a blaze

I thought mine was the only one that took 5 minutes, 5 minutes is actually a hella long time though. My last car took less about 2.

naw bro.. u aint the only one.. i called the dealer and asked them why it took so long.. hell i could freeze to death hehehe and then thaw out hehehe

Used mine this morning. The car said it was 40 F out and the seat felt pretty warm after 2 minutes. You know some guy in Michigan is reading this regional thread saying WTF? Everything is relative though.

today i wish i had them when it was 39 deg.

I live in downtown and the winds were crazy this mornig about 5 am.

anyone near downtown ftlauderdale ?

driver seat is about 80 lbs, passenger about 40 lbs.

That's pretty heavy (that's the whole seat? I meant just the heating unit under the seat)... I know this is off topic, but does anybody know how much the oem 18's on the '04 coupe weigh?

Everything Relative, it was only 55 in the Keys, and I was frozen, had the seat cooking!

whole seat as weighed by 1 of the guys on here who's into stripping his car down for weight savings. sorry i dont know the heater itself.

I have definitely been using them lately. Mine are hot in about 2 minutes though and too hot on the higher setting when on for more than 10 minutes.
