I ordered the rear valence overlay and that was the hardest thing in the world to install...I also ordered the overlay for the front bumper lower inlets, and started with those. I thought I was going to kill my wife and kids before it was over--I ended up throwing them in the trash and I had my rear valence painted flat black for less than $200 and ZERO aggravation...

Have any of you guys taken the roof overlay off after acouple of months for any reason?.....I'm looking to install one on my coupe but i'm wondering if it leaves any lasting damage or fade to the paint below.

it actually protects ur paint...just amke sure u strip the coats of wax etc b4 applying it. when we first did my roof in flat black (about a year ago) we removed it to replace it with a glossier material. we simply let it bake out in the heat and pulled it off and the adhesive came off with it. A heat gun of course will make it easier and quicker...

Patience is key when putting these on. If your not experienced enough most shops do it for a good price. Just shop around first.

Wow, it's like Resurrection of the Threads around here.

But while we're at it, where would be a good vinyl/overlay installation place in Orlando? I may pick up a set of tail light overlays from Bluebatmobile...

I'm gonna plaint the head lights. But don't really want to do the tails. Maybe I'll change my mind.

Anyone who needs any type of vinyl installation, be it headlights, roof, tail lights, ANYTHING!

check out CoolConceptz.com

Best guy in jax, hands down.

There is a multitude of new clear bra and carbon fiber looking products out as well. Vinyl installation is a walk in the park for the clear bra guys...
