Nice house! I need to get the hell out of Miami. A house like that in Dade county would cost at least $800,000 or more depending on the area. Not to mention the yearly taxes and insurance would be over $20K. I have no idea what you paid for that house, but judging by those trees in your back yard, I would bet it was a lot less than that. Congrats on your new home! I am jealous!

u mean a house like that in palm beach county would be a cool 1 mill and most people in palm beach county could not even afford the property tax.. u would need a job just to pay the tax.. palm beach county is a joke
