I just got my Rogue Engineering short shift kit in the mail today, anyone have any experience installing these? Will compensate you.. Or any recommendations on where to have it installed in the Orlando area, went to Performance Factory and they are booked up..

 

Anyone with a socket wrench and some jack stands want to help? I will pay you $75 and do most of the work...

 

I can do it for you. I installed it on mine twice and did it for a friend.

 

A friend and I decided to attempt the install, it was pretty easy but my friend torked one of the bolts at the top of the guide plate too much and broke off the top of the nut.. We continued with the install, but when I drive it the shifter feels fine and goes into all the gears but it is making a squeeling noise and it sounds like I can hear my exhaust right from the shifter, we put the boot and cotton sound dampening back in so I'm not sure..
