Been a member for a while, and the meets are always a good time! Unfortunately i was out of town with the fam. for this past go carting meet.

That being said, i'd like to know who would be interested in having something for us within 30-45 min of say mid-pinellas county area or anyone else really, but something that could be more regular?

Anyone interested? Let's post some suggestions/reccomendations for dates/times so we could make it somewhat regular. Monthly? Weekly?

I'm only 50 mins away so I'd be down for a meet up there since down here there aren't any meets that are really worth going to.

 

I know we used to meet at Quaker Steak and Lube on 49th st regularly. Keep your eyes open for another one of those meets.

 

Count me in. I just started wrenching on my car again and now remember how much I enjoyed it. Been looking forward to hangin' out with with some other G drivers. Does anyone go to the track anymore?

 

i know that there's usually a thursday night meet at QS&L but last few times i went it was overrun with "rice" and high school kids being well... high school kids... would like to set something up that would be like the other G/Z events where it's more about getting to know eachother and share tips and a way to connect with others that LOVE their G's!

We (only us G guys and the occasional 350z owner) normally went on Saturday afternoons/nights. Try getting in touch with _jb... he's normally really good about setting this sort of stuff up.

Sounds like a good idea. I would do Sundays though, Saturdays are pretty much prime time for most people.

 

We're going to have a Tampa/St.Pete Quaker Steak & Lube Mini Meet in the middle of June. I'll post the exact day soon, but it will be on a Sunday afternoon... probably the 15th or 22nd.

QS&L on Thursday nights is fun, but not many people go every week. Daniel usually posts about five minutes (seconds?) before he decides to go, so you have to be watching. It's fun when lots of FGC people go.

If you guys want to get together weekly on Sundays, that's fine. Just make sure you read about upcoming events in the FGC Members Only forum. I try to give a little better heads up on Meets in there.

 

I would be up for a meet as well. been so busy with work havent even been on the forums till today. will keep eyes open for date, time and location.
